1. Product Specifications & Customization

Our garments feature delicate Kashmiri handloom embroidery and premium linen-cotton blends. Slight color variations or embroidery details are organic characteristics of handmade craftsmanship.

2. Orders, Shipping & Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and major online payment gateways. Orders placed are subject to stock availability, and we reserve rights to cancel suspicious or unverified transactions.

3. Return & Exchange Policies

Eligible orders can request returns or size swaps within 15 days of delivery. Returns will be verified and picked up by our logistics courier. Direct cash refunds are processed following verified receipt of undamaged tags and unused garments at our Kashmiri Boutique.
